How Do Guides Work on SW Tavern?
To help everyone conquer the Void and master their favorite characters, we are officially opening the Guides section here at SW Tavern! Whether you’re writing an end-game build breakdown, a raid mechanics walk-through, or a quick leveling tip for new players, we want to see your expertise.

To keep SW Tavern accurate, high-quality, and up to date with the latest game patches, here is how the submission and lifecycle process works:

1. Draft and Submit Your Guide
Got a build, combo sequence, or raid strategy to share? Head over to the Guides section and create your post.

️ 2. Moderation & Initial Review
Once you submit your topic, it will not be immediately visible to other players.
It enters a temporary review queue for the moderation team.
We simply verify:

• Readability: Clear formatting, headers, and decent structure.
• Accuracy: Relevant information for current patch content.
• Community Rules: Friendly tone and no harmful content or exploits.

As soon as a moderator approves your guide, it goes live for the entire SW Tavern community!

3. Outdated Guides & Maintenance Policy
Soulworker evolves constantly with balance patches, level cap increases, and meta shifts. To prevent outdated or misleading information from staying on the forum:

• If a patch renders your guide obsolete, you will receive a notification from the moderation team requesting an update.
• You will be given a specific grace period to review and update your content.
• If the deadline passes without an update, the guide will be automatically removed from the public section to keep the forum clean and reliable for everyone.

✏️ Tavern Tip: Keep an eye on your notifications after major game updates! Updating an existing guide takes much less time than writing a new one from scratch and keeps your work pinned at the top.
